Olly graduated from the University of Southampton in 2019 with a Masters degree in Environmental Science, which included a research project focusing on the relationship between tropical moths and habitat composition. He has worked as an ecological consultant since graduating, specialising in Biodiversity Net Gain and ornithology. Olly joined the Bioscan team in 2023 as a Senior Ecologist. Olly holds Natural England survey licences for bats and great crested newts.
