Connie graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Physical Geography and is due to graduate from Oxford Brookes University with a master’s degree in Conservation Ecology in September 2026. During her master’s studies, she undertook taxonomic projects for European bat species and is completing her dissertation on UK temperate rainforest microclimate mapping. She joined Bioscan UK Ltd as a trainee in October 2025 and hopes to gain more experience in environmental mapping and protected species survey techniques.
